About the Town Board
The popularly elected Town Board Chairman and four member Board of Supervisors are the governing body of the Town of Russell. The Board meets at least once per month to conduct official Town Business.
Meetings are held at the Town of Russell Community Center located at 32500 West Old County K beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month.
Offices for the Town of Russell are located at 35900 State Highway 13 (intersection of East Old County K and State Highway 13). The Town Clerk has office hours on Mondays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

- Private Driveway Snow Plowing
- Recycling and Garbage Service with BRB Recycling
- Fire Protection with the Red Cliff Fire Department
- Emergency Medical Services with the Red Cliff

- Recreational facilities at Little Sand Bay
- Public Shooting Range
